With church growth comes organizational and ministry demands that require structural and ministry changes. One question Senior leaders often ask is, “Where do I find an Executive Pastor to work with me?”
The Executive Pastors School is the place where Senior leaders can define what they are looking for in an Executive Pastor. For those who feel called to lead but not as the Senior Pastor, this is a school that will focus on presenting the skills to be developed and implemented in your life so that you can step into the role of Executive Pastor.
This in-person, 2-day seminar will be led by myself and my son, Pastor Todd Lane who have a combined ministry experience of 60 years in this important role.
Topics covered will include: The Character of the Executive Pastor, The Skillset, Training, and Experience Needed for the Job, Executive Pastor/Sr Pastor Relationship, Tools Needed for the Job, Financial Reporting and Business Operations, and Building, Promoting, and Protecting the Culture You Want.
When: November 9th (9am-5pm) & November 10th (9am – 1pm)
Where: Marriott – 1301 Solana Boulevard, Westlake, TX 76262
